His initial conversion experience was real and remains intact today.He met his wife, the former Mary Linda Williams of Hattiesburg, MS, in 1967 when he was stationed at Keesler Air Force Base. After a three year long distance relationship, including a one year tour of duty in Thailand and Vietnam, their love for each other remained strong and they married on August 22, 1970.Asking Christ to be the head of their household, this marriage has produced four children and now six grandchildren.Andrews has been in the newspaper and magazine business for over 35 years.
